What shipping methods do you offer?
For international orders outside of Singapore, we only offer registered mail at the moment, fulfilled by Singpost.
For domestic orders inside of Singapore, we offer tracked letterbox mail and next day courier delivery (orders placed before 12pm).
How long will my order take to process & ship?
We process and ship orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.

How much is shipping?
Delivery fee depends on weight of your items. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at check out.
